Jacobs Place Maine
Exceptional 1884 Waterfront Cottage with Stunning Water Views
Jacob's Place was originally built to accommodate the needs of a farmer and his family. Designed primarily for function, the home lacked compelling outdoor spaces. During the renovations, the solution came in the form of a spacious curved deck that runs the length of the home. Complete with built-in seating and LED riser lights, as well as outdoor speakers connected to the sound system, the space extends indoor entertaining out. The deck is accessible from both the open floorplan kitchen, dining and living room and the master suite.
Jacob's backyard was terraced to accommodate a circular cobblestone patio with an outdoor granite fireplace serving as the focal point
